We are located at 424 G Street, Suite 201 in beautiful Lincoln, California.

If you would like a tour, free trial session, or free trial class please call (916) 626-7739 to set up an appointment. Our classes and personal training spots are filling up fast!

Monday - Thursday
Monday and Wednesday   9am - 8pm
Tuesday Thursday   6am - 8pm
