We DO NOT have long term contracts. We want you to be here because you want to be, not because you are stuck in a contract.

click here T.A.B (Thighs, Abs, Booty) - 1/2 Hour Class

Target and challenge the abdominals, booty, hips, back and thighs in this intense and dynamic workout. By building core strength, you will be able to improve your posture and balance. These classes also work on endurance, body awareness, and coordination. All levels are welcome.

click here Modern Aerobics Weight Loss - 1/2 Hour Class

Tired of ellipticals and treadmills? This is a low-impact class with very little choreography. It is good for those who have minimal experience with aerobics. Your instructor will lead you through challenging combinations of cardiovascular movement to keep the heart rate elevated. This is an intense and powerful workout. All levels are welcome.

Zumba is a Latin-inspired, dance-fitness class that incorporates Latin and international music and dance movements, which create a dynamic, exciting, and effective fitness system! This class format combines fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body in an aerobic/fitness fashion to achieve a unique blended balance of cardio and muscle-toning benefits. Zumba integrates some of the basic principles of aerobic, interval, and resistance training to maximize caloric output, cardiovascular benefits, and total body toning. The cardio-based dance movements are easy-to-follow steps that include body sculpting, which targets areas such as gluteals, legs, arms, core, abdominals and the most important muscle in the body, the heart.
