A mixture of Kickboxing and Big Ball, this class will 'kick' your booty into better shape! The class takes you through a variety of cardiovascular and core exercises, great way to lose that middle. All fitness levels are welcome.

A flash back to the beginning, when sweat bands were plenty and hair was big. We give Richard Simmons and Jane Fonda a run for their spandex! Come try this fun 80s aerobic class with a modern twist.

Target and challenge the abdominals, booty, hips, back and thighs in this intense and dynamic workout. By building core strength, you will be able to improve your posture and balance. These classes also work on endurance, body awareness, and coordination. All levels are welcome.

Power is the key to this 1-hour Yoga / Pilates fusion class. PiYo is a total body workout with an emphasis on core strength and posture. Improve overall strength, flexibility, breathing, and stress levels with both static and dynamic movements. Whether you're new to PiYo or have been practicing for years, modifications and challenges are provided to adjust for various fitness levels. Techniques range from slow Hatha to flowing Vinyasa. Each class ends in a 5 minute guided relaxation to bring harmony to your mind and balance to your body.
